That means that it’s time for the first ever, 4-hour online Pre-foreclosures workshop. Saturday October 25th from 8am Pacific to 12am Pacific.  Cost is $79.

(Anyone can attend this training, but ability to effectively implement the strategies will require mastery of Phase I skills – comparables, estimating repairs, deal analyzer, knowing how loans work, deal analyzer, etc. If you aren’t ready for this workshop, because you need to master the Phase I skills – go to BroccoliRE.com to register for our Phase I intensive training that begins the first week of November. If you’re ready for this workshop - Here’s the itinerary:

This will be a zoom meeting:

1. Learn pre-foreclosure process for 15-30 minutes
2. Break into groups to learn the process via group interaction (30 minutes)
3. Come back together learn how to find pre-foreclosure leads for FREE (15 min)
4. Go find real, live leads in your own county (20 min)
5. Ammon teaches how to analyze foreclosure leads and how to pick common strategies for buying them. (30 min)
6. Break into groups and run through mock scenarios where you choose how much to offer and what strategy to use. (20 min)
7. Come back together and get feedback on your group decisions. (30 min)
8. Learn how to write the contract for your offer. (20 min)
9. Write your own offers based on the scenarios. (20 min)
10. Come back to get feedback on the offers you wrote (30 min)
11. Wrap up (15 min)
