The intensive is a thorough and rigorous social experience designed to drive mastery of real estate basics. Each week videos and exercises done by each student prepare them for the 2 hour weekly webinar where the skills are practiced and discussed. Each topic starts with a learning objectives outline and each topic has specific homework to drive mastery of the topic. Additionally, there is a grading rubric to give students a clear understanding of whether or not they’ve mastered the topic and are ready to move on. Successfully mastering these skills qualifies them to wholesale to Broccolire. 

1.  All the basics taught in a University course format.

2.  Each topic has multiple hours of video training with handouts and exercises.

3.  Two hour practice and Q&A session each week on topic for the week

4.  Specific tasks and exercises to practice each topic

5.  Feedback on practice

6.  Specific grading rubrics to show student whether or not they are progressing towards mastery

7.  Final exam to verify mastery
