10/27/2025 Phase III: Letโs do a Deal - INTENSIVE
(3 month training on DOING DEALS).
The express goal of this course is to develop skills through real exercises and application.
This course builds on Phase II: Investor Basics and takes students into topics important for immediately acquiring deals: Marketing, working with agents and wholesalers to get deals, calling FSBO, dealing with risk, analyzing you market effectively, raising money, etc. Weekly training, weekly evaluations, and weekly accountability will drive mastery in BOTH understanding the topics AND application of topic.
Work in this Phase should lead to regular offers, money raised, team members found, and ideally a property under contract ready for purchase or wholesale.
