"I just wanted to take a minute and let you know how much we've enjoyed working with Ammon and how very helpful his coaching has been to our success as burgeoning real estate investors. My husband Paul and I had just started our first investment project, a 3 family condo conversion flip when we started working with Ammon.  His practical suggestions, expertise and advice inspired us as well as saved us thousands of dollars.  For example, when we were interviewing electricians quite a few came through telling us that we had to redo all of the electrical work.  We intuitively didn't think that this was necessary, but we thought we had no recourse. 

Ammon suggested that we pull out all of the outlet and switch boxes and see what kind of wiring went to them.  We discovered that the majority were powered by Romex and not the old knob and tubing.  This allowed us to go back to the electricians and tell them that we knew that it was not necessary to replace all of the wiring.  It also made it easier to chose an electrician based upon their honesty.
 
Not only was Ammon's support and encouragement welcome during the course of this project but, he also taught us about other investing options for future projects helping us to broaden our horizons as well as knowledge of possible opportunities. He always had a weekly lesson planned for us regarding various aspects of the business.  He gave us homework and yet always remained flexible to the many questions of the hour regarding our current project.
 
Ammon was great at working with us and accommodating our crazy schedules.  It is not easy to corral 3 professionals who have a lot of interests to come together for 1 hour every week especially when there are time-zone differences involved but, he seemed to always make it happen.
 
Even though we are no longer working with Ammon on a weekly basis, when I get frustrated I still recall Ammon's words of encouragement and they give me the gumption to move on.  It is so helpful just talking with someone who has gone through the beginning experiences and is now making a living doing various real estate investments.  It makes it real and it gives one the sense and understanding that it is possible.

"After many weeks of searching for a good deal, I finally found one.. Finally, they accepted my offer and I am headed to closing on Friday. My hard money lender said this was a really good deal...good neighborhood, good price, and one of the best flips they've seen in awhile. I offered $55K for a house that the hard money lender says is worth $114.9K. My profit will be around $19K, based upon THEIR figures, but I think we can pull a little more, if I play it right.
